Cozy and charming three bedroom Tahoe City Chalet on large lot in desirable neighborhood with filtered lake views. Winter or summer, recreation galore. Walking distance to both Lake Tahoe beaches and well as renown forest service trails which provide excellent hiking, mountain biking, snow shoeing and cross country skiing. 15 minutes from Squaw Valley and Northstar resorts. Minutes from downtown Tahoe City shopping and restaurants. Great for either families or couple 'getaways'. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a loft. Bedroom 1 downstairs has a queen bed. Bedroom 2 upstairs has a queen bed. Bedroom 3 upstairs has two twin beds. The loft upstairs has a bunk bed which sleeps 2.

  • $295/night holiday rate....weekly holiday rate $1,850.00
    $225/night non holiday rate.....weekly rate $1,400.00 (December 15- Jan 5; memorial day weekend; labor day weekend; 4th of July week; Presidents day weekend)
    $300 refundable security deposit and $100 non refundable cleaning fee apply
    no other charges or taxes.
    In order to book/reserve the vacation home, full payment of rent, refundable $300 security deposit and $100 cleaning deposit is due. Payment can be made through PayPal.
