This deluxe two bedroom, two bath condominium is located in Boca Grande North on beautiful Gasparilla Island. Enjoy breathtaking sunrises over Charlotte Harbor as well as spectacular sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico from one of the three screened lanais this well appointed unit boasts.

This brightly decorated condo is completely furnished, with a well equipped, recently remodeled kitchen complete with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, three televisions, (HD in living room), Blu Ray player, VCR and DVD player, ample linen and towels, and a washer/dryer. The only thing missing is you!

Boca Grande North is a well maintained property with many amenities, including a heated pool, Jacuzzi, BBQ grills, private beach, lighted tennis court and docks. Located within minutes of historic downtown with quaint island shopping and restaurants, seven miles of pristine white beach, and renowned Boca Grande Pass and lighthouse, this is truly a place you will want to visit year after year ... as so many of our guests do! Please ask about renting our boat slip as well!

Spent 2 months enjoying the wonderful views & this lovely condo on Gasparilla Island. Beautiful property & very comfortable surroundings made for a very relaxing stay. We would not hesitate to return next year. Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise!

We just returned from a two week stay at your condo - and it was perfect! The condo was everything you could want, spacious, clean, and had fantastic views! We absolutely loved the island charm and the most unbelievable beaches! Thank you Dot for making this such a perfect vacation spot. Also, the fishing was terrific, kids caught a bunch of fish off the dock and beachfront!
