This clean & comfortable 3 bedroom ranch is conveniently located on a quiet street making it a safe spot for your family vacation. Well maintained and beautifully furnished our home is stocked with games, books, DVD/VCR, IPOD docking station stereo. You can catch a Cape Cape Baseball League game, watch the Boston Red Sox on NESN, or bring your laptop along and connect using High-speed Wi-Fi. Fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, electric stove, and microwave. Ceiling fans in all 3 bedrooms for comfortable sleeping. Our home also features a sun-room with television and Washer & Dryer in the basement. Enjoy the quiet patio in the private back yard with room enough for a game of catch. Gas grill, patio furniture, picnic table and outside shower make this yard perfect for a summer day.

Notes: Our home features two television sets (one in the living room and one in the sun-room). The television in the living room also has both a VCR and DVD player as well as a full stereo. Our home is near south side beaches, the Cape Cod bike trail, shopping and restaurants.

Great Find on Cape

Renting online is iffy, but I was thrilled when I arrived.

We loved everything about this home. Owners description is honest and accurate. Everything is clean and well maintained. Washer and dryer were great bonus. Backyard landscaping is spectacular, which does not show in photos.

Very quiet, safe street, close to everything, but a feeling of seclusion when you relax in the yard.

Located for easy access anywhere from Hyannis to P'town by Rte 6. Also close to scenic Rtr 6A.

The Cape offers activities of every type, from the beautiful ocean beaches, family theme spots, antique shops, beautiful gift shops, one of a kind places, art galleries, great seafood spots, McD's and 5 star restaurants.

Owners were very nice to deal with. Professional, yet reasonable and able to accomodate our needs. We have asked to book again for next year. We would highly recommend this property.

Nice place to stay

This home is exactly as the owners state in thier description. It is bright, a lot of natural sunlight coming in. Its comfortable, the furniture is not warn as a typical rental would be, because it is a home first, not just a rental. We definetely felt at home and would rent here again. The yard and home are very well maintained, the back yard is beautiful, and welcoming. The house was clean and easy to keep up. The neighborhood is quiet, close enough to everything, but far enough away not to be intrusive.
We had a nice stay, we shopped at the usual Cuffy's, took the boat from Hyannis to Nantucket for a day. We spent another day at the beach, but best of all it was a place where we could relax as a family.
The owners were very accomodating with the time we had available, great people to work with.
