i had a wonderful stay in this studio which is very well located in manhattan. its close to everything you could need and within walking distance of bus/train/subway stations. the apartment itself is more spacious than i expected and was very clean. the owner is very accommodating and friendly.

The apartment was all that we could ask for in our trip to NYC. The apartment was very cleand and the furnishings were exactly what we were looking for. The location of the apartment was absolutely ideal. Located almost halfway between Central Park and Times Square and right off of 9th Ave. and the best restaurants in the world, it was a great starting and ending point to our days. Edward was a perfect host with lots of suggestions who made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We will never stay at a hotel for future trips and will always give this apartment and Edward the first crack at our business. Thank you Edward for helping to make our trip the best one of a kind experience.

We stayed (2 persons) in this cozy apt for a week and were very satisfied. It looks really better in real than in the pics. It is located near everything: some nice restaurants, supermarkets and subway. It was clean and the bed is very confy for 2. Most of all, the owner Edward was very responsive, helpful and nice! To sum up, it is really a fantastic choice for 2 persons who want to enjoy the NY lifestyle for a short period of time and for an excellent price!

My friend and I stayed in this cozy apartment for a week, just last week. We enjoyed it because it was walking distance to everything: Times Square, Hell's Kitchen, the subway station, Broadway District.. etc.
Very cozy place, but very clean, roomy washroom and comfy bed. There's so much to see in do in NY that you will hardly be in the apartment anyway so it was a great stay for the price you pay. Cheaper than a hotel that's for sure!
Enjoy, because we sure did!

Excellent Rental

We just finished 5 days at this rental and cannot say anything adverse at all. Clean, comfortable, quiet and very liveable. The owner Edward was wonderful and very helpful to us. The apartment is right smack dab in the middle of everything and we walked everywhere. There are restaurants, supermarkets, hardware stores, grocery stores, delli's, laundromats, museams, central park, and much much more. We have some special diet needs so we were able to cook and eat at the apartment easily. I would recommend this rental to anyone. Edward, thank you for your help and your enjoyable conversation. See you next time.
