We have made sure that our penthouse is packed full of comfort and carries all of the necessities to make your stay feel like the ultimate vacation escape. Conveniently located close to the Rincon town square and the beach you are within walking distance to all of your local needs. Rincon is a surfing, snorkeling and diving paradise and we are located steps away from everything. This is a gated complex providing your with one interior and one exterior parking spaces, child and adult pool, outdoor showers, elevator to the top floor. We offer a great non-smoking apartment with king size master bed in a private suite with full bathroom, a full size bed in a guestroom full of comfort, an open living area with a sofa sleeper, reclining chair, cable television, dining table, bar seating and a fully functioning kitchen with washer and dryer for your use.
