3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, sleeps 8 (family rentals ONLY!!)

No damage from Sandy!!

First floor condo in Ocean City centrally located 2 1/2 blocks from beach and a close drive to the downtown shopping area. Close to bike path and 2 1/2 blocks from boardwalk. Front and rear decks, central air conditioning, and outdoor shower. Parking off street for one car behind property and second smaller vehicle in carport under house. Family rentals ONLY!! NO SENIOR WEEK OR COLLEGE STUDENTS- Non disclosure is grounds for forfeiture of security deposit.

Our young kids loved the beach and all the activities in Ocean City. Beach ~2blocks, easy walk, relaxing and quiet. Excellent week away....would definitely stay again!

Relaxing

My husband and I had a relaxing week, while my teenagers enjoyed the boards I will definitely stay here again. The area was quiet yet close enough to enjoy the beach and other activities.

BEST RENTAL!

I had a fabulous vacation while staying in this home. It comfortably fit 8 people and we all had a great time. The house is equipped with everything you can imagine. Our favorite was the beach chairs and some beach games. The location of the house is perfect too! There were restaurants all around and the beach was just a few steps away. Also, having the boardwalk nearby was very convenient. It's wonderful going on vacation not having to drive anywhere! I would definetly recommend this house to anyone who is looking for a relaxing, yet fun vacation!

Awesome beach house

We loved it! Your home is gorgeous. It is very spacious and comfortable; plenty of room for everyone to hang out together. We enjoyed being able to sit out on both decks. The street was very peaceful and great. Short walk to the beach was wonderful! We were close enough to all the activities, yet not too close to be crowded by all the traffic. I would recommend your home to anyone who would want a wonderful place to stay for the week and enjoy themselves!

A relaxing Getaway

The house was warm and inviting. It was a home away from home. Plenty of space to curl up and read a good book or sit around the kitchen table to play games with the family. Very quiet surroundings. Sitting out on the front or back porch and listening and smelling the ocean brings a sense of total relaxation.
Plenty of good restaurants, ice cream shops and miniature golf within walking distance or a good bike ride. The boardwalk is an great place to go for shopping, food, rides and games for the kids.
Three bedrooms and two bathrooms gave my family plenty of space to enjoy their vacation.
The property was very clean and well maintained. Would definitely recommend this place to friends and family. Hope to come back again for another relaxing getaway!
