Our villa is a beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home located in the prestigious gated lakeside community of Calabay Parc at Tower Lake, within easy reach of Disney World (20 minutes) and other theme parks. There are several golf courses, shopping and dining facilities within a few minutes drive. This new (completed 2007) air-conditioned, luxuriously furnished villa has 2 master bedrooms each with en suite bathroom, king size bed and direct access to the enlarged swimming pool and extended pool deck. The other 2 bedrooms each have 2 twin beds. All bedrooms have cable TVs, with the TVs in the master bedrooms also having DVD players. All bedrooms and the family room have ceiling fans for additional comfort. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Other amenities within easy reach of our villa include the lakeside boat ramp and fishing pier within the villa complex. There are numerous golf courses (nearest 2 minutes away) in the area, and the new prestige shopping development at Posner Park (5 minutes drive from Calabay Parc at Tower Lake) has recently opened. Many other shops and restaurants are also available within a short drive from our villa.

Notes: Smoking only allowed outside on the pool/patio area. The decking around the pool/spa has been extended to allow for the ample comfortable pool furniture to be arranged on all sides (either in the sun or the shade according to the guest's choice). There is (optional) fast gas heating for the pool and spa so that the pool can be enjoyed throughout the year and the spa used as a hot tub. Beach towels are provided for use around the pool. Guests who elect not to pay for additional gas heating may take advantage of our recently installed solar heating for which no charge is made, although in this case the pool temperature cannot be guaranteed and the spa will be the same temperature as the pool. The covered patio has a ceiling fan and there is both patio and pool lighting for your evening enjoyment of the pool area. Free calls to USA, Canada, UK and European landline phones.
