Large 1,450 sq.ft., secluded end unit located in tropical garden setting, nestled in Plumeria and orchid trees, palms, and bougainvillea; Five minute walk to Poipu Beach. Completely equipped, remodeled kitchen with granite counter tops and new cabinets. The end units in Nihi Kai Villas have an additional 250 sq. ft. more space than the interior units; and extra windows provide additional light and cross-ventilation, resulting in a light, cool, airy living space. The added space provides a larger and more spacious dining area, and a much larger main lanai for outdoor entertainment and enjoyment. Our unit is comfortably yet elegantly furnished with artwork and Island treasures. There are TVs in both bedrooms, TV/DVD in the main living area. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has twin beds. There is free wifi Internet connection for the business traveler or for people who just want to pick up their email or surf the net.

Lovely, elegant, spacious townhome!

We were just thrilled with this beautiful townhome. We could comfortably have spent a month here, the extra room and large dining room were wonderful for entertaining our friends and family dinners. We also spent lots of time on the patio, dining and just laying out with a book. The bedrooms are elegant, comfortable, beautiful linens, and the kitchen is the best equipped of any unit we have rented in Kauai.
