Plus non-refundable cleaning fee of $300.00. If a pet is included, an additional $500.00 non-refundable pet deposit applies. . Although a three month rental lease is preferred, rentals of one month or greater will be considered based on seasonality and unit availability. Please call/email to discuss all rental rate details.

The location was perfect, it was located on golfcourse Gainey Ranch, with view on the course.
Quiet and clean surrounding, with large community pool, gym and tenniscourts, just a cros the street, all well maintennance.
The house itself, was perfect, just totally renovated, from top till bottom. Everything brand new, from furnishing, bedlinens, kitchen and tableware etc.
For us a perfect house, located in Scottsdale nearby good restaurants and shoppingmalls.
A perfect stay for us, a 5 star plus ranking.
