Ski:
Crystal Mountain has been rated the best family resort in the mid west by Ski Magazine. It is very family friendly, yet has lots of snowboard terrain parks and a good mix of difficulty of skiing terrain.
Golf:
Crystal Mountain has 2 outstanding 18 hole courses - the Betsie Valley and Mountain Ridge courses. the Laughing Moose Lodge is located at the 150 yard marker of the par 5 first hole of the Betsie Valley course, so you can sit on the deck, screened porch, or yard and watch the approach shots.
