Charming, clean & updated cottage has A/C. Equipped with full kitchen incl. microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, eat-in DR and comfortable LR. Amenities incl. cable TV/DVD and internet access. Enjoy the fenced-in yard with private deck, gas grill, and encl. h/w outdoor shower after a day at the beach. Less than 500' walk to 2 warm water oceanside beaches (Sea St. Beach & Union Wharf - resident beach). Some beach toys and chairs are provided. Nice walk/bikeride to Dennisport's famous Sundae School Ice Cream. Short car ride to other local beaches on the Bayside and freshwater lakes. Catch the Cape Cod Rail Trail Bikepath in mins and pedal your way to Chatham or Wellfleet or jump on the nearby ferry to Nantucket. Tons of local restaurants from casual to upscale within walking distance or a short car ride. Grocery, pharmacy, cinema, mini-golf, trampolines, bumper boats and go-carts all a short drive. My family and I stayed at this property over 4th of July. We had a great stay. The house was very clean and fit the description. The home owner was so sweet and trustworthy. She was very accommodating and pleasent. It was our first time renting a cottage and would love to return. Also our security deposit was returned to us within a week. Overall a very positive experience.

This worked out perfectly with my kids. All day at the beach and into the outdoor shower ... just what a summer vacation should be! You won't be disappointed.
