Sit, relax, and watch the elk on your own spacious deck only 30 feet from the river. This sunny and spacious condo offers the best in amenities and is less than a mile from Rocky Mountain National Park. On the main level the elegant living room features a cathedral ceiling, hardwood floors, leather furniture, gas fireplace, and a flat-screen TV with satellite. The adjoined formal dining room comfortably seats 8. The gourmet kitchen includes every amenity and has granite counters, stainless steel oven and refrigerator, a dishwasher, microwave, and an ice maker. In the master bedroom there’s a magnificent king bed, massive windows with views of the river, a rocking chair, walk-in closet and a custom bathroom. Just off the kitchen is a ½ bath, laundry room, and a 2-car garage with a ping pong table.
