Appointed with rustic and mountain style furnishings, centrally located to all of the activities that Grand County and Rocky Mountain National Park have to offer. WI-FI high speed int. Located in the new development of Silversage, this wonderful home is minutes away from SolVista Ski Resort and two golf courses: Headwaters at SolVista and Grand Elk. The central location of this home allows easy access to all of Grand County’s attractions. Hot Sulphur Springs, our best kept secret, is a 15 minute drive. Winter Park and Mary Jane Ski Resorts are a 25 minute drive or you can take a free ski bus that comes to our property. There are miles of nordic skiing terrain within short distances at SolVista , Snow Mountain Ranch, or Devil’s Thumb Resort. Grand Lake, Shadow Mountain, and Lake Granby are 15 minutes away

Rocky Mountain National Park and the Arapahoe National Forest provide miles of hiking, skiing, and snowmobiling trails, as well as unparalleled wildlife watching opportunities. There are several golf courses in the area: Grand Lake's 18 hole public golf course just north of Grand Lake Village, Headwaters at Granby Ranch, Grand Elk, and Pole Creek. Other fun things include Rocky Mountain Repertory Theater Company performances at the community center of Grand Lake, Jazz Festival in Winter Park, horseback riding, historical homesteads and ghost towns, museums, great restaurants, antique stores, and much, much, more!
