Stay ruined by Management company.

The Management company was a disgrace! They left cards for keys on the table and the lock was a card type device ( like a hotel room). The also have a lockbox with a key. The first day we were locked out of our house for 3 hours because the cards do not work. It was 90 degrees and we had 7 kids, 5 under the age of 5, and 2 infants. The Management company blamed us claiming the email confirmation states the key in the lockbox was teh only thing we should use. I have every email that was sent and NOTHING states that. Regardless it took them 3 hours ( when they claimed 20 minutes) because they do not keep an extra key, and had to call a locksmith. AND WE WERE CHARGED 75 DOLLARS. Also one of the adults had a 10 inch gash in his leg from a metal post that was a broken sprinkler support. It should have required sutures- his photos and scar can prove it.
Other than that, the house was excellent with tons of space. The resort was beautiful and for the price the stay was overall very good. I would want to stay again, however, I would have to look elsewhere based on how were treated when we needed help the most.
Owner's Response: As always I am glad to hear that the house is beautiful and spacious (As I already know. :))but sorry that problems were encountered during this stay.
I can not comment on specifics but it does seem that any issues have been restricted to this stay alone and not to those of other guests, as can be seen from previous reviews.
The management company has looked after the house for a significant period and this is the first complaint received. Since then there has been nothing but praise for their services.
