I grew up in IL and lived for many years in Milwaukee before moving to Scottsdale. Loving life in Scottsdale, especially after my recent trip to WI in white-out blizzard. I know that a month or two of sunshine is a great thing, and also know that I wouldn't leave my dog behind if I were going away, so I welcome guests with a pet and know the pet friendly restaurants too.
Deila purchased this condo in 2005
Thinking my daughter would move back to Scottsdale I bought this for her return as a grown up with her own life and space. We are both fussy about quiet and love to sit outside. The patio here is perfect looking out at other patios nearby. Safe, quiet, convenient - and easy to care for!
If I were staying at a home away from home, this is condo would make me happy. I furnished and equipped it to include everything I would need for a comfortable winter home, including blinds and curtains and a quality Sealy bed in the bedroom. The condo is a short walk to the community pool and spa. The reserved covered parking spot is right in front of the unit. Every year I ask guests for suggestions and upgrade accordingly. in 2013 the cable service and DVR were upgraded. There is a new modem for your secured wirless connections too. All the conveniences that provide a good stay!
Wonderful place, hard to leave. We explored AZ and found great hiking and dining, not to mention how perfect the weather is every day.
Everyone was neighborly and friendly. Nice condo, cute and comfy. Thank you Deila!
