Located in Historic Barnstable Village. The views at sunset are sensational. Sit and enjoy the beach all day. Walk to Barnstable Harbor and the Whale Watch Boat or view them from the patio or house. Walk to four great restaurants with varied offerings. The first floor of the house is all windows facing the water with kitchen, kitchen dining nook, dining area seating 8, living room/conversation area and master bedroom with giant flat screen TV. The second floor is again all glass facing the water with two bedrooms with private baths and a large fourth bedroom or recreation room with giant flat screen TV. Also-jacuzzi, gas fireplace, gas grill, kayaks and more.
