Charlotte Town Center, the largest indoor mall in Southwest Florida is 5 minutes by car. Charlotte Harbor, just a 10 minute drive features a fishing pier, pool, boat ramp and the lovely Harbor Beach. The pristine blue crystal clear gulf beaches of Englewood and Manasota Key can be reached in 20-30 minutes. Spectacular Sanibel and Captiva Islands, Siesta Key and other beautiful beaches are great for swimming, shelling & shark tooth collecting! Check out the nearby golf courses and tennis courts. The Texas Rangers Stadium is just a short drive away. Busch Gardens is only 1 ½ hours north in Tampa and Disney World and Sea World can be reached in 2 + hours.
