Stay away from this one....
We were looking forward to three weeks in the sun and reserved this unit for three weeks but LEFT AFTER THREE DAYS - and never got a dollar back. This condo is dark, the carpet was dirty and smelled, the patio furniture was filthy, the bed sagged to the middle, most of the china was chipped or cracked, sofa and chairs were old and very uncomfortable. Other units in this complex include a daily pass that allows use of the pool and facilities at the adjacent Green Valley Spa. This unit does not so you must pay an additional $10 per day - per person. After we told the management company we were not staying, we were told that for the price we should not expect the Hyatt! But, this unit is not even a Motel 6. To add insult to injury, we cleaned the condo upon leaving (left it cleaner then when we arrived) and we did not even get our deposit back. Upon arrival, we called the local phone number to discuss the unsatisfactory conditions but the number had been disconnected. BEWARE OF THIS UNIT. There are many other much better choices in St. George. Don't let the low price tempt you to rent this one. We have had great results in the past from VRBO. We have rented from VRBO all over the world and have never experienced a unit or service as bad as this one.
Owner's Response: We are sorry to have to respond to this unfortunate situation. We have NEVER had a guest in this unit that has registered so many issues. We were willing to refund any days that we could rent during the time they had reserved, however, we weren't able to rent the time due to the time limitations. As for the accommodations. We have never had a complaint about the dishes, the carpet, and especially the bed. We have a flat screen TV, and a key to the owners pool and hot tub which is exclusive to owners. The guests didn't avail themselves of any of those amenities. We had the condo inspected after their departure. The carpets were clean, two or three plates and bowls total had small chips but were usable, and we found no issues with the patio furniture. The bed is a bed. This is the only guest we have ever had that has complained about the bed. Additionally, we did refund the deposit.
