The villa design is impressive as it appears to be hanging off a cliff by the sea. It is built on a steep hill approximately 100 meters above the sea level offering breathtaking views. The villa is built with local stones, bricks, wooden pergolas and traditional ceramic roof. The interiors are designed minimally and furnished with modern country-style. At the top floor a twin and a double bedroom are reached via internal wooden staircase, dressed with wooden floors and ceilings. At the main level there is a long open-plan living room with integral bespoke kitchen, dining table, WC and fireplace that is surrounded by wide openings that lead to a covered terrace that is very comfortably furnished for outdoor living and commands superb views. There is plenty of space there for entertaining, leading to a magnificent private swimming pool at a suntrap terrace
Surroundings:
Within a small bay of unique beauty, 15km from Nidri, at a landscape of hills that surrounds the pretty harbor of Sivota we have just built two identical villas in an estate of approx. 8000 m2 (2 acres). The villas lay very close to Sivota harbor, at a walking distance less than 1 km. The Sivota harbor is a natural bay that provides mooring for yachts and is well known to yachtsmen as a safe and picturesque yachting destination standing before leaving Lefkada and entering to the SW part of the Ionian sea, offering a variety of local seafood delights, fresh fish or local specialties at the waterfront tavernas.
There are several beaches close to Sivota like Vasiliki which is rated top European windsurfing beach and is about 8 kms away.

The villa offers plenty of outdoor areas for the ultimate outdoor living experience.
