Two large decks and a blue stone patio, front and rear yard with privet and many perennial plantings. First Floor Description: First floor living room, master bedroom suite, including custom cabinetry, second washer and dryer and fireplace. Two guest bedrooms with shared bathroom. Covered porch, with outdoor shower. Lower level full bathroom, media room, laundry room. Guest bedroom. Second Floor Description: Kitchen with granite island and counters, Wolf cook top and double oven, Viking 42'' grill. Deck with views of the ocean. Dining room with views of Madaket Harbor and doors to a second deck. Spacious living room with fireplace. Powder room.
