One bedroom condo with air conditioning, brand new California king tropical bamboo bed with dream mattress and queen sofa sleeper (sleeps 2 to 4). Located on the Big Island of Hawaii on the famous Alii Drive in Kailua-Kona. Master bedroom also has a 32 inch plasma TV with DVD!!! Hear the waves roll into the shore from the living room or lanai and enjoy watching the breathtaking Hawaiian sunsets from either the living room or lanai. You may dine inside by the kitchen on the bar stools for a quick breakfast, eat lunch and relax inside on the tropical bamboo dinette set and then have a romantic dinner with wine and feel like you are on a cruise boat as you feel the relaxing ocean breeze.

Sleeps 4 people with pull-out queen sofa sleeper. Watch the cruise boats sail into the sunset while you eat dinner on the lanai or watch the spinner dolphins below while you sip your morning Kona coffee. These are not stock photos, these are actual photos we took in April from our condo! In the winter season watch the whales right from the lanai. *Come see the famous Big Island black sand beaches, white sand beaches and there is even a green sand beach. Visit Volcanoes National Park and see real lava flow or spend your day in a natural rainforest. Swim with the dolphins or sea turtles at a bay just down Alii Drive. Golf, deep sea fish, parasailing, horseback ride in Waipio Valley, surf, snorkel, scuba, sail, or just enjoy bathing in the sun.

My husband, daughter and I stayed in this condo in November 08. It had spectacular views and sunsets.

Our daughter couldn't wait to wake up every morning to see if a cruise boat was in port. She also enjoyed watching the submarine and parasailers past by the condo and especially loved watching the dolphins play below from the lanai.

The California King Bed was very cozy and it was nice to have our own Plasma TV with a DVD player in our bedroom since she likes different movies than we do.

The kitchen was very updated and the whole condo was tastefully tropically decorated. The condo was very clean and in the perfect location close to the pool, hot tub and BBQ grills.

The local property management company Kona Coast was wonderful and very friendly and helpful. They have this book in the condo that is terrific. It has everything possible that you can do on the Big Island.

Thank you for making our vacation an unforgetable experience.
