    *** Functions / Events with 45-80 people in attendance is $4,500 for that night. With 81-115 people in attendance, the rate is $5,500 for that night. With 116-200 people in attendance, the rate is $7,000 for that night. Second night is at usual night rate.***

    10% Tax, Cleaning fee is $500 -$750 (depends on group size).
  • Security Deposit of $500.00 for groups of less than 35. Groups of more than 35, the security deposit is $1,000 - $1,500 (depends on type of function). The security deposit is fully refundable if there are no damages to the home besides normal wear and tear and there was no breach of contract. Refund of this deposit is within 30 days.

Wake up and walk out onto private balcony to enjoy the sunrise over looking Silicon Valley and the entire Bay Area. 5 other large bedrooms have their own private bath with spacious closet space. The office has 2 queen sized futons and den has pull out sofa bed (queen). The grand room downstairs is utilized as an entertainment room for watching TV and socializing. There are also 3 futons (queen size) for additional sleeping arrangements. The large dinning room can accommodate everyone dining at the estate and the expansive gourmet kitchen is available for any aspiring chef to cook for their guest. We also have 4 queen sized airbeds for additional sleeping arrangements upon request.

We are a senior hockey team from Canada. We played in a hockey tournament in San Jose, CA. Renting this mansion made are trip more unforgettable than we ever could have imagined. The mansion had enough space that 14 men felt very comfortable without feeling to restricted. The owner Bruce was more than accomidating during are stay. I have nothing but good things to say about renting the mansion.
