Features include a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and GE Profile appliances, separate dining area, breakfast bar, and laundry area with washer and dryer. The gorgeous living area includes a flat screen TV/DVD and opens to a fully furnished balcony with breathtaking beachfront views from our 11th floor location. The 'Polynesian' themed master bedroom features a king sized bed and second television. The bunk area sleeps two additional guests and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living area also sleeps two. *Amenities include: Beach front pool Tiki Bar poolside serving cold beverages Sky Bar in walkover bridge Floridita pool with zero entry access Parasailing, jet ski rental, dolphin tours available to book on site Starbucks 1 mile to Pier Park Bellhop service available Hi speed Internet Min. age requirement to rent is 25

My husband and I absolutely loved staying here. The unit was perfect, very homey, and in a great location. We are beach people and spent every day on the beach. It was very convenient from our unit - out the door, down on the elevator and right out the end exit to a beautiful beach and ocean. Anne-Mary was great to work with. We hope to stay here again next year!

I really enjoyed my stay at this specific condo! It was like it was my own little home! Everything I needed was avaible to me. Very clean and welcoming. Had extras that i forgot to pack! Loved working with Anne-Mary! She was very plesant and offered help and answers with all my questions! I would love to rent with her again! And i would reffer everyone too stay here!

Totally enjoyed our stay at Emerald Beach condo. Unit very clean and new. We flew to Fla. so we didn't bring much with us. But the kitchen in the unit has everything we needed. I liked having starbucks coffee every morning. Dealing with Anne-Mary was a pleasure. She is very professional.

Loved the condo. This will be a fantastic place to stay when all amenities are complete. Very kid friendly. Plan on staying here yearly.
