General Information This brand new home is located 20 miles south of Livingston, MT. just off Hwy 89, and 30 minutes north of the Yellowstone National Park in the heart of the breathtaking Paradise Valley. We are 1 hours drive from Gallatin Field (Bozemans airport). This 4 bedroom/3 full bath log sided mountain home is conveniently located within minutes of the Yellowstone River and Chico Hot Springs Resort. We are 25 miles North of Yellowstone National Park.

We are located 20 miles south of Livingston, Montana in Emigrant, Montana. We are 30 miles North of Gardiner, Montana and the Northwest Entrance to Yellowstone National Park. Enjoy world class fly-fishing and white water rafting on the nearby Yellowstone River or relax in the natural hot spring fed pools at Chico Hot Springs Resort, both of which are less than 5 miles from the property.

Additional information about rental rates

  • The cleaning fee is for stays less than 7 nights. Extended stays are charged $75 per week..
  • Rates are based on availability and subject to change. Rates are based on 6 aults. Extra persons are subject to $25 fee with maximum party size of 8 . Children 17 and under stay free.

    Some time periods offer rent 5 nights get 2 free - e-mail for exact availability.

    Discounts may be given for advanced booking, non-refundable reservations

    We require a pre-payment equal to 50% of the value of the stay at time of booking. Reservations canceled prior to 21 days prior to arrival will receive a 100% refund. Any cancellations made less than 21 days prior to arrival will forfeit their pre-payment.
  • We require a security deposit of $800 to be paid at time of booking. This refundable deposit can be made in the form of credit card, cashiers check or money order. Personal checks are not accepted. We will retain your credit card or deposit for 10 days after your stay. A property inspection will be conducted at that time and you will be notified if any damage fee will be assessed. We also reserve the right to retain any portion of the security deposit to cover extra cleaning fees over and above normal amounts.

  • Our home has 4 bedrooms and can sleep 8. Please note that one bedroom contains bunk beds and is not ideal for adult couples. Rates are based on maximum of 6 adults. Children 17 and under stay free. Extra adult persons are subject to a $25 fee per person per night. We also have a port a crib available for use. All beds are custom, hand made log beds made in Montana.
