The ocean view draws you towards the heart of the house, where the open, airy living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen invite you to relax. Awaken in the morning to savor the ocean view from the house sipping on a warm beverage, while spotting dolphins frolicking in the waves. Or take the private stairs down to the beach for an early morning surf, swim, run or stroll. After enjoying the surf and sand to your heart’s content, shower off with the outside, warm water shower, before enjoying the private swimming pool, jacuzzi and wooden deck, all overlooking the powerful Pacific Ocean. As sunset draws near, cocktails may be served while firing up the grill, lingering in the spa or lighting a fire in the fire pit as you star gaze into the night.
