Walk to beautiful Nauset Beach (5/10th mi) from this lovely colonial style home. This is a full 2 story home with 3 smaller units behind it (smaller units not included - a private condo complex.). Our home is located in an exclusive neighborhood of East Orleans. The photo of the home you see pictured is all ours. It has a living room with fireplace, dining area (seats 8) with kitchen and all necessary appliances. First floor den with deck and gas grill. First floor bedroom, and full bath. Second floor has 3 large bedrooms and full bath with washer/dryer. Beautiful,large yard with picnic area. Enjoy the day at the beach that offers a snack bar, and real bathrooms (not portables). Everything else is conveniently located including Orleans Town Center, restaurants, Skaket Beach, the Cape Cod bike Trail, mini golf, Orleans Cardinals Baseball League, and Rock Harbor for your fishing excursions.

We had a wonderful time. The house had all the comforts of home, lots of room for my big family and plenty of parking. It was only a short walk to the beach and close to shopping and some great restaurants.

A Great Place for a Family Vacation!

My family of 6 visits Cape Cod every summer from Montana. We wanted a place close to the beach, so we rented this house. It was everything we were hoping for and more! My kids loved that we were just a short walk to the beach, it has a huge yard to play in, and there was plenty of room for everyone. We all had such a great time, we will definitely be back this summer!
