This high quality lake home is tastefully decorated with the Northwoods theme and its only 30 feet from the lake. Knotty pine walls and soaring vaulted ceilings are knotty pine too! Extensive log furnishings throughout. All the comforts and conveniences you would expect from 1st class accommodations and it’s brand new! Amenities include gourmet kitchen with soaring 18’ vaulted ceilings, new stainless steel appliances, large island that seats 4 and a beautiful log table that seats 8 for dinner! Double sliding glass doors that open to a big deck overlooking crystal clear Grindstone Lake. Classic A frame gathering area with real stone wood burning fireplace is the focal point. This home has great separation with kitchen, dining area and living room with entertainment center and 3 bedrooms on the main floor. Two of the main floor bedrooms also have soaring 18’ vaulted ceilings. The lower level has 2 more large bedrooms with big windows.

A family room with a big leather sectional, an entertainment center and a wet bar with log bar stools so you can belly up to the real log bar top! The mudroom/laundry room with large sink area is also in the spacious lower level which also includes second nice ceramic tiled bathroom with large shower. Grindstone Lake is one of northwestern Wisconsin’s biggest and best lakes (3,111 acres) Crystal clear water and 180’ of weed free shoreline and a private sandy beach area. The lake offers excellent fishing and has some of the best small mouth bass fishing in North America. Walleyes, pan fish, and monster Muskee are abundant too! The lake offers great swimming and its 100 yards out before you are over your head so its very kid friendly. Water sports like water skiing, sailing, jet skiing and scuba diving will fill your days. Then you can enjoy the night with large stone boulder fire pit with 2 large log swings and lots of Adirondack chairs too.

The location is 2nd to none, only 10 minutes from famous Hayward that offers shopping, sightseeing, movie theater, mini golf, go-carts, lots of restaurants and a Walmart too. The LCO casino with lots of adult entertainment is also just 10 minuets away. We are on the snowmobile trails that link with hundreds of miles of well groomed trails and grindstone offers excellent ice fishing too! Time is a precious commodity so choose wisely and enjoy your time off and come to our beautiful home and you will be back next year.

Ski: Only an hour to upper Michagain. Several small mountains Smaller local areas near by.

Golf: Several Premium Golf Courses in the area.

Other Activities: Excellent ice fishing and snowmobiling
