Enjoy the quiet residential setting of this fully renovated four bedroom, three bathroom North End Oceanside duplex unit. The unit is north of Shore Drive in the high 80's streets, the most private and family oriented part of Virginia Beach. A short 200 foot walk leads to the boardwalk over the sand dunes to the widest and the most scenic beach in the resort area. Beach chairs, boogie boards and other assorted beach toys are provided for family enjoyment. There is an enclosed outdoor shower to use at the end of the day. There are one king, one queen, and four twin beds in the unit. Most bedrooms have mounted TV’s and the den has a DVD hooked up to the TV. High speed Internet is also available. The property is five minutes from the resort strip and restaurant row on Shore Drive. Ideal for families. No pets or indoor smoking allowed.

I rented this place with 7 of my friends. It was a great experience. They have a fully stocked shed with chairs, umbrellas, a beach cart, boogie boards - everything we needed and wanted. They also have a cute backyard with picnic tables and chairs. Technically only the back unit has access, but we were nice and shared with our neighbors. The unit was plenty big for the 8 of us and was clean and well stocked. It's just a short walk to the beach access at the end of the block. The property manager was easy to work with and we got our security back one week after we returned home - as promised. We would return to this place and highly recommend it.

My wife and I stayed for a week during the summer of 2008. The units were beautiful, well furnished, totally clean and fully maintained. We loved its location just steps from the gorgeous sunny beach. We had an excellent stay and can highly recommend it without qualification.
