A gorgeous 2370 square foot, four bedroom, four bath, two story home with an incredible location two blocks from Congress Ave. featuring an open loft style kitchen and living area that flows out to a fantastic deck, surrounding a three hundred year old Live Oak. Great for entertaining and you'll love it too. Just minutes from downtown Austin (walking or biking), fine dining, and quaint local restaurants with entertainment. The spacious floor plan provides atmosphere for entertaining, while also providing privacy for those special moments. Cozy and inviting, this home is fully appointed with all furnishings, appliances, kitchen with granite countertops, is excellent for cooking and entertaining guests. The home has bamboo wood floors throughout and is very comfortable for both adults and children.

The second floor contains the loft style living area, kitchen, and two bedrooms, each with queen size beds and a private bathroom. The first floor features the Master bedroom suite with a king-sized bed, and the fourth bedroom with a queen size bed and a ¾ bath, and the laundry room. The laundry room is equipped with a new washer and dryer.

You really couldn't beat this property for a vacation getaway in Austin. The owners of the property and friendly, easy to deal with, and very accommodating. The house is very spacious and can easily sleep 10 people without feeling cramped, and while also having enough bathrooms for everyone. The front and back decks on the house are perfect places to relax and spend time. And maybe most importantly, you cannot beat the location. It's on a residential street, which is quiet and secluded, but you only have to walk 500 feet to get to South Congress, which is packed with restaurants, bars, and shops. Also, it's about a 2 minute drive to Downtown Austin, or you can choose to walk there if you're up for a little walk.

I think this is a perfect place to rent if you're considering vacationing in Austin. We really enjoyed the place. We had a reunion in Austin and used this as the home base for 10 people, and everyone in the group thought it was an amazing rental property that really contributed to our weekend.
