This Condo is located in the beautiful village of Proctorsville, a short 5 minute drive to Ludlow and Okemo Mountain. Crows Corner Bakery and Singletons store within walking distance. Multiple Local Spas in the area including Castle Hill Resort Spa which is only 1/4 mile away. Ski all winter and golf all summer. The unit is on the second floor with a large deck, and yard. There are private laundry facilities and off street parking. The unit is a stones throw off rt. 103 just 25 minutes from exit 6 on I91. A 30 minute drive to Killington and Stratton. If Skiing is not your thing the Manchester Outlets and Woodstock, Vt are just a 30 minute drive. 6 Golf Courses all located within 30 minutes (details below), discount rates for golf getaways. Larger Parties ask about renting property #257099 in addition to this unit, for combined sleeping of 12-16 (Both units are in the same building)

The apartment is great. Everything you need is provided and the location is nice. Mike Bruno, the owner is very amenable to your needs and easy to get along with.
