It is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home-villa (with an additional studio with bathroom) in the trendy Ocean Park community. It is the ideal place to stay for a family vacation and for those who need a good r & r! The Villa has just been remodeled and is fully furnished and equipped with new beds, kitchen, bath and lots more...and clean for your vacation retreat. All linens, beach chairs and towels are included. There is an outside shower to sand off from the beach and parking for a car. There is also parking available on the street. Just a block from the beach and adjacent to excellent restaurants, bars, recreation, convenience stores and a coin laundry. Just a stroll to Condado or a five minute drive to the Old San Juan historic area, 5 minutes from the airport!

Ocean Park is the most unique spot in the San Juan metro area. It is mostly residential and sits to the east of Condado. Aqua4 U - Atlantic 24, is located just up the street from the beach. The sandy shore is lovely and exciting and is not overshadowed by the high-rise hotels of Condado or Isla Verde ( east of Ocean Park).

This was an ideal vacation rental for us--our kids could have their own room, we were literally steps from the beach, off street parking (a real boon in this area), lots of space to spread out in. Vacations are a lot more pleasant when you aren't stepping on each other constantly! We had a nice kitchen and tons of space to relax. Villa is very convenient to everything--walking distance to food, quick drive to a big grocery store, quick drive to Old San Juan. Very close to airport. Beach clean, not crowded at all. Wi-Fi and cable tv was a huge bonus. Adam met us at the villa to give us a rundown on things and was helpful with ideas for fun trips with kids. We paid less than we would have for a hotel, saved money on food and had the room a family with kids needs to enjoy a vacation. Absolutely would stay there again and would tell my friends the same! Thanks for a great trip!

Great Location, Cool Owner, and Would Rent Again!

We had a group of 9 people which is no easy task to find a place where everyone can easily fit. But by renting the main unit and the studio we all fit very nicely. The unit is much bigger then it looks in the pictures. It was only 2 blocks to the beach and only 2 blocks from some quick places to eat. About 7 blocks away was a large food and liquor store. It cost $4 per person to take the taxi into old san juan, but there is also a bus for 75cents that runs during the day. The bus picks up 1 block away. There was also parking at the unit and on the street and we had no problems leaving the cars there.
The owner was very cool and stopped by to give us all the information we needed for the week and then he left us be to enjoy ourselves. However, he was very easy to get a hold of (he lives very close by) by phone when we had any other questions.
He also rents a unit a little closer to the beach if 2 blocks is too far for you, but then you are further from the bus and shops. But then again its only about 3 blocks max in any direction.
Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
