This luxury gated estate is nestled deep in the exclusive Las Palmas area of Palm Springs and offers breath taking views of the San Jacinto mountain range amidst, lush tropical grounds surrounded by dozens of palm trees. If you are looking for a quiet, upscale retreat, this is it! This completely private compound offers a 4-bedroom house, including two master suites, and a separate 1-bedroom Casita. The main house is bright and airy and forms an “L” around the pool which can be directly accessed through sliding french doors from each of the two master suites, the family room, dining room and living room. This home is tastefully decorated in a modern, contemporary, eclectic style and offers travertine floors and high end carpets throughout, bathrooms with marble showers and countertops and soaring angled ceilings that range from 10 – 15 feet high (3.0 to 4.5 meters) in the main living areas as well as the master suites.

  • No expense was spared in the luxurious bathrooms with travertine flooring and marble throughout. You will feel like a movie star every time you take a shower or bath! The larger of the two master suites has TWO en suite full baths. The larger bath has enormous dual vanities, jetted jacuzzi tub, rainfall shower with steam sauna and private bath with bidet. The second bath is a full bath with shower. The second master suite also has an en suite bath with shower and two separate vanity (sink) areas. The separate casita has its own en suite bath with a tub/shower. The final bathroom is between the 4th and 5th bedrooms and has a shower. There is also an outdoor shower by the pool!

  • Enter the larger of the two master suites and you will never want to leave! It offers two king sized beds, a large spa tub, huge shower with steam sauna, dry sauna, two separate bathroom suites, large his and hers walk-in closets, sitting area with fireplace, separate office suite and space, space, and more space! The second master suite is also spacious offering a king sized bed and a private bathroom suite with two separate vanities. Guest preferring the ultimate in privacy often select the Casita, which has a full bath and also offers a king sized bed. The Casita also offers a spacious deck with the best views of the pool and mountains and is the perfect place for morning coffee or evening cocktails. The main house also has two additional full sized bedrooms which are colorfully decorated and have queen sized beds, one of which has windows that open to the gentle sounds of the waterfall in the front yard.

The beautiful, spacious kitchen is a gourmet chef's delight and features an 8-burner cooktop with restaurant quality hood, double oven, side by side Sub Zero refrigerator and large center island with breakfast bar. The kitchen is supplied with everything you need to prepare everything from casual meals to large dinner parties. There are two large tables in the back yard with umbrellas each of which seats 8 people for comfortable outdoor dining. Other features of the property include a two car covered car port, cascading water feature in the front yard, large gas barbecue, flat screen televisions in the family room as well as in each bedroom, high speed internet (broadband and wireless), premium cable television package with digital video recorders in the family room as well as the two master suites and separate laundry room with full sized washer and dryer.
