Sunrises and Sunsets, choose your balcony. Each building has its own exercise room, sauna and billiards . Outside shuffleboard plus 24 hour manned security. Centrally located on Clearwater Beach, you can walk to all the amenities offered on the Beach including the marina and Pier 60.
