Newly built chalet style home located in Waterville Estates, Campton, NH. Home is nestled in the White Mountain region and in the same town as Owl's Nest Golf course. Waterville Valley ski area is 15 minutes away, Loon is 20 minutes and Cannon is 35 minutes from this location. With rental of this property you will receive four free guest passes to Waterville Estates mulit-million dollar clubhouse (1 mile away). The clubhouse offers two indoor pools, outdoor pool, indoor and outdoor jacuzzi, weight room, sauna, 3 tennis courts, basketball court, fishing pond, free WiFi and bar. Additional daily passes available at clubhouse. Discount ski lift tickets available at clubhouse. Our home offers all the amenities, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer, dryer and cable. Linens and Towels not provided. Recommend AWD or 4WD cars and trucks during winter months.

Enjoyed a great ski week-end. We have rented before at Waterville Estates the last couple of years. We consider this house the best we have stayed in. The house is brand new, open and very cozy. I found Frank (Owner) to be honest and easy to work with. He often called the house his home. I would agree. We really had a great time and enjoyed the location very much. We will be definately renting this house next year.
Owner's Response: Thank you for the comments. My goal is to provide a quality experience at a competitive rate. Being new to renting are expectations were low. The quality of our renters has exceeded our expectations. All have treated our home as their own. Thank you all for a great experience this winter rental season. We look forward to having you back next year and a great summer and fall rental season.
