Also on the first floor is the guest bathroom, laundry room, and garage with electric garage door opener.

Ascending the curving staircase past an oval window, you arrive in the family room equipped with television, internet service, a Vonage telephone for free calls to the US, and leather sofa bed. Two additional bedrooms, one with fireplace, each sleep two and feature their own terraces with wonderful views. One beautifully tiled bathroom serves this floor. The third level reveals a large terrace with magnificent views of the center of town, five churches, and all of San Miguel.

The home is a feast for the senses with warm tones of paint, wrought iron rails, Mexican style light fixtures and mirrors, columns, all wood cabinets and doors, artistic tile, terracotta floors, and luscious landscaping with bougainvillea and local plants. Maid service three times a week is included. She can also cook for you (extra charge).
