Heron Bay vacation home is an outstanding luxury executive home, set in Grand Reserve, a private gated community of 110 upscale properties, bordered by Lake Thomas, a nature reserve with ponds and mature trees.

This spacious (2650 square foot living space) luxury home enjoys beautiful uninterrupted views from the pool over the lake, to the conservation area beyond.

The pool faces SSW and has an extended covered lanai. It is private and not overlooked. Optional pool/spa heat (available for extra fee) will make your stay really enjoyable. Ask us about pool/spa heat.

Heron Bay vacation home has been professionally furnished and decorated to the highest standards.

Heron Bay Pool Home Near Disney - Heron Bay villa has three master suites (2 king and 1 queen) all with en-suite bathrooms. The two twin bedrooms share a bathroom. All bedrooms have Cable TV/VCR. The house has a very large kitchen and family room and also formal dining and living rooms, games area with pool table, etc.

Heron Bay villa has an ideal location, two minutes drive to Champions Gate, where there is a PGA Championship Golf Course, designed by Greg Norman and a 24 hour supermarket. It’s only a 12 minutes drive to Disney Theme Park Gates. There are plenty of excellent restaurants to choose from on the 192, which is an eight minute drive away.

This excellent home comprises: One level living, two master bedrooms with en-suites (king-size beds), TV/VCR, one master bedroom with en-suite (queen-sized bed), TV/VCR, two spacious twin rooms with TV/VCR, sharing an adjacent bathroom. Formal living and dining rooms, large family room, with 48” LCD TV & theater system, leading out to the pool. Fully equipped kitchen/breakfast nook, separate laundry, screened pool with optional heat available (30×15 feet), spa/waterfall, and child alarms. Extra large sundeck with covered patio area, complete with patio furniture, sun loungers, and a three car garage.

Heron Bay villa accommodates a maximum of 10 guests plus 1 infant. Please include all children in your maximum capacity count.

PLEASE NOTE: We request that you complete and return our Terms And Conditions Contract within 48 hours of our acceptance of your reservation request. Our Acceptance email from VRBO will have instructions and attachments, one of which is our Contract that you must complete and return. If you have any questions please contact us directly.

Family vacation

The home was very big nice layout more than enough room for our group of 10. We had a great time the pool was the best part of our time there. We have been to Disney 5years ago this trip was to enjoy some family time and have a pool right out the door. The owner resonated very quickly when I had questions and was a pleasure to work with. Only negative is the home needs a deep cleaning the cabinets, bathroom sink cabinets, the rim of the toilet in the room with the full size bed was all black, all the mattress are in need of replacing along with the pillows. All the vents are full of dust and dirty, the walls in the bedroom need to be painted, a lot of the appliances were not clean. For the price I paid these things should have been done. We have stayed in other homes in Florida and never came across these issues. Once these issues are taken care of I would give a 5 star rating but for now I’m giving a rating of a 3.

Amazing Home

We had the best time here. The home was overall very clean! The pool was wonderful! It was more beautiful in person than online and the neighborhood was so nice. My teens enjoyed walks around the neighborhood and as loud as we were with 8 kids no one complained about the volume level! Beautiful place to sit back and relax. We will definitely be staying here again!
