Guestbook comments from the manager
Just got finished with a 4 night stay at this loft with me and 9 friends. The loft was everything we could have asked for. It's a 2 minute walk to a couple different subway stops that will get you basically anywhere on the West Side of Manhattan and a 5 minute walk to another stop that will get you to the East Side. Also 5 minute walk from the front door to Brooklyn Bridge and plenty of restaurants and bars that were great a walk away. There's a great view of One World Trade Center (Freedom Tower) being built from the big windows in living room and one bedroom.
The beds were plenty big enough to sleep 2 comfortably and the pull-out couch is comfortable for 2, could also fit 3 pretty easily if need be. There's central heating throughout the place that kept all the rooms warm enough for some Californians who are used to 65 degrees in February. There's also an air mattress you can use if you needed to fit 2 more people. We had 13-14 people over one night for dinner and the dining room table could fit us all with some squeezing and using extra chairs/barstools. The common areas are very big and we never felt crammed. The kitchen worked fine the rare times we used it.
Elya was prompt (to the minute, no joke!) for both check-in and check-out. We had 4 sets of keys so that was never an issue with 10 people since we always grouped up in our adventures. We never had a problem with the place but if we did we had her cell phone number and could call/text. Overall it was an awesome experience and this place was one of the best values we could find in Manhattan with a group our size. We could have fit a couple extra people if need be making it an even better value per person. I give it my highest recommendation and can't imagine how a place could have a better layout/size for a group of 10 people for this price in Manhattan. We all vowed to do our best to go back here as soon as possible, thanks Elya.
