King Pine Ski Resort is only ½ hour away and Gunstock Mountain Ski Resort is about 45 minutes away. There are many fine family restaurants within 15 minutes of the house. Hannaford’s Super Market is only 10 miles north on Route 16, plus there are several other fully stocked convenient stores only 5 minutes away.

My wife and I personally own, manage, and take care of this house so our guests will always find a sparkling clean beautiful home with a spectacular view when they arrive. It’s located close to the water’s edge, with 100 feet of gently sloped sandy beach, clear water, and a 25 foot private dock. The beach and water are very clean and both very children friendly.
Wakefield:
Wakefield is located just off Route 16, a major north/south corridor, in the heart of New England. This town is close to lakes, mountains, the seacoast, and the cities of North Conway, Portsmouth, and Wolfeboro, New Hampshire; Kittery and Portland, Maine; and Boston, Massachusetts.
In Wakefield, there's something happening no matter what the season. Time it right and you might catch Wakefield Pride Day in May, a Gafney Library book sale, concert at the Opera House, or one of the many family events held at Turntable Park.
Ski:
