Fabulous ocean view town home located on the road to Sugar Beach and great views of Flamingo and the Catalina Islands in the Pacific ocean. Take a short walk to the secluded beach of Playa Prieta or enjoy Penca Beach, Sugar Beach and Flamingo Beach. This Villas Catalina Town home was just completed and furnished with a tropical feel. The infinity pool is just above the villa and has indescribable views. A perfect place for viewing those beautiful sunsets of the Pacific Ocean. Each bedroom has its own private bath. Both the upstairs area and the downstairs have covered terraces with outdoor furniture and access from every room in the villa.
