This 3 bedroom 2.5 bath town home is 2 stories (all three bedrooms are on the 2nd floor), has a heated pool about 30 yards out the front door with views of Camelback Mountain from the upstairs master bedroom. Your home has a full kitchen, a 40' flat screen TV with DVD player and outdoor patio to enjoy the Arizona weather. The property is located on the popular Scottsdale greenbelt with immediate access to a large lake for fishing, large playgrounds for the kids and a bike path that runs for miles.

This rental house is a great place to stay when visiting or working temporarily in Scottsdale. Its located in a very quiet & convenvient location. The community pool was very clean with friendly neighbors giving advice about the surrounding activities & restaurants. Restaurants, grocery stores, movie theater & the mall were only 5 minutes away. Our rental realator, Brian, was wonderful with 5 star customer service. When we called with questions, he was always there to answer them. We would highly recommend this property.

We had a wonderful time from check in to departure. They went out of their in letting us check in a little early and having a gift basket for the family including juice boxes for the kids, fruit bars, chips and salsa (my husband thanks you) and bottled water in the refrigerator. The location was perfect, right off a large park and minutes from everything else. Plenty of room, we’ll be back.
