This deluxe Oceanfront Villa is located directly on the ocean, facing the spectacular sunsets, in Pelican Key. Pelican Cove is a gated community of only 17 villas, each with its very own private swimming pool. Mullet Bay, Maho Bay and Simpson Bay are the nearest beaches. This is a gated community with a guard 6 PM to 6 AM. High speed wireless & plug in in villa Sunset Villa has three air-conditioned bedrooms along with three bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, living room and dining area. It has a private pool and terrace overlooking the ocean. Bring your snorkeling, fishing and scuba gear along with you or rent it on the island. You can fish and snorkel from the rocks directly in front of this villa. Maid service is provided six days per week. This Villa is beautifully furnished with all the comforts of home.
