This wonderful ocean view home was just recently completed in 2008 and offers all the amenities and privacy one would expect while nestled amongst the deep green Costa Rican canopy. This home features 3 Bedrooms and 3 baths in two separate units. 2 BR/2 BA, kitchen living/dining area in main home with 1 BR/1BA unit with kitchen and living area. This is a great setup for those travelling with children or couples travelling together. One-car garage, washer/dryer room. Linens provided. There is AC throughout, large kitchen with wood cabinets & granite counter tops, alarm system, free Cable and WiFi. BBQ gas grill and Private Pool. Large pool deck with great ocean views! This property is located in the Montanas de Conchal secure community. We are walking distance to Playa Conchal and two miles from the town of Matapalo. We are happy to provide private transportation to/from the Liberia and San Jose International Airports as well as tour and real estate assistance.

Great Home with a great view

My family and I had the most wonderful time at Casa Vistas. All three bedrooms were spacious and we used the office area as an extra sleeping area as well. Every morning we all woke up to the view of the pristine blue pacific ocean right before our eyes, just as beautiful as it was intended to be! We specially loved the fact that we are only a few minutes drive away from the uncrowded beaches in the area --- playa real, playa pirata, playa minas, playa conchal... everyone went out to the beaches on our first day and enjoyed the sun and the sand! in the succeeding days however, the older ones in the family opted to stay "home" in Casa Vistas, as they said, it was more "relaxing" to stay by the pool overlooking the panoramic ocean view. The younger ones, of course, preferred to do "beach hopping" before going back home and capping the day off with a dip in the pool... Our family had such a wonderful time! Casa Vistas was home for us for only a few days --- we cooked all our meals together, watched movies at nights, played games, etc. The home indeed made our family vacation truly memorable and extra special! We can only wish we could have stayed longer! ...but then again, we can always come back!
