Photos and Description of the Javea vacation house rental

This residence in sheltered location has two gates and two complete apartments with cozy furnishings. It is a perfect way for befriended couples with or without children to have a holiday together without treading on eachother's toes. The terraced garden with its Mediterranean vegetation, patios (one with a grill) and 9.5 x 4.5 m pool provides very good conditions for rest and relaxation. A short drive will take you to a number of beaches and bays, as well as shopping. The house is rented to single groups.

Notes: Padding for garden furniture and beach chairs is left in sufficient number. A garden swing is at everybody’s disposal. The residence has several terraces, where you can find sunshine all day long or shade, too. The separate apartment is completely furnished (kitchen utensils, TV etc.). A Spanish family whose house is opposite the lower gate takes care of the property.

Unsere Gäste waren bisher sehr zufrieden. Viele trugen in das im Haus ausliegende Gästebuch ein, dass ihre Erwartungen übertroffen wurden. Auf Wunsch kann mit bisherigen Mietern Rücksprache gehalten werden.

Wir waren im Sommer 2006 mit zwei Familien zu Gast in der Casa Palmareal. Ich kann mir keinen schöneren Urlaub vorstellen.
Der Pool, die vielen Aussenterrassen, die Wohnungen mit ihren absolut vollausgestattetem Inventar, die Umgebung und und und. Wir hatten das vergnügen den Besitzer und auch dessen Frau kennenzulernen und ich muss sagen ganz ganz sympatische Leute. Ich werde auf jeden fall ein zweites Mal meinen Urlaub dort verbringen.

Haus mit vielen Möglichkeiten

Das Haus wird liebevoll von seinen Besitzern betreut. Es ist nicht ultramodern, sondern einfach liebevoll gepflegt. Das Haus und der Garten bieten viele kleine Ecken, in die man sich zurückziehen kann. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen, entspannenden Urlaub am Pool und dank der vielen Tipps der Hausbesitzer auch keine unnötigen Ausflüge.

Lage, - Ausstattung alles wirklich gut

Wir waren bereits 2 mal Gäste in der Casa Palma Real, und sind jedesmal begeistert: das Haus liegt so, daß es leicht im Windschatten steht, - trotzdem sind es nur ein paar hundert Meter um einen wunderbaren Panorama Blick aufs Meer zu geniessen. Der Pool ist toll, - die Wohnung oben mehr als großzügig, besonders hervorzuheben, daß der Bauherr spanisches Flair schuf, - und auf der anderen Seite ist alles mit allen modernen Geräten und Ausstatungen versehen. Überall sind Terassen, Balkone, - es gibt wirklich ausreichend Möglichkeiten sich in Sonne oder Schatten aufzuhalten. Immer wieder ein Reiseziel, welches wir gerne ins Auge fassen werden...

Meine Frau und ich und unsere Freunde waren schon häufig zu Gast in diesem schönen Haus. Es fehlt einem hier an nichts. Die Ruhe und der schöne Palmengarten lassen einen auch bei großer Hitze entspannen. Unzählige Grillgeräte, Paellapfannen, Liegen für den Strand ermöglichen wunderschöne Tage.
