Deposit Terms: An initial deposit equal to one night's lodging is due at time of booking. Full payment is due 45 days prior to arrival. If reservations are made within 45 days of arrival, full payment must be made at the time of reservation. A credit card will be due upon arrival, which will be charged only if there are damages, theft, excessive cleaning charges, lost keys or unpaid telephone calls. Please note that a check out cleaning fee may be charged on 1 and 2 night stays.

Cancellation Terms: Cancellation inside 45 days arrival is subject to forfeiture of full payment. Cancellation outside 45 days arrival is subject to one night lodging processing fee per reservation. No shows, late arrivals and early departures are charged the entire amount for the reserved stay. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded. Failure to make any payments due will jeopardize your reservation and could cause cancellation without notice at the discretion of management.

Check in/Check out: All parties shall check-in and check-out at our office front desk location, 109 North Main Street in Breckenridge, Colorado. Our summer office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Check-in is no earlier than 4:00 p.m. and check-out is no later than 10:00 a.m. If the unit is available, we will be happy to check your party in at an earlier time. Late check-outs are subject to an additional night's charge. Please let us know if you will be arriving when our office is closed so that arrangements can be made for your check-in. If necessary, for your convenience, we do have luggage storage available.
