Located 25 miles from Tampa International Airport and 90 minutes from Disney World, Sea World.   • RENTAL POLICY INFORMATION
    Repeat guests receive 5% discount. $25 cash for referrals by previous guests.
    Subletting of the property is not permitted, condo to be occupied by renter(s).
    All rentals require a 50% deposit to hold reservations, full payment due 60 days prior to arrival date.
    Rentals require $250 damage/misc costs deposit. This deposit is fully refundable within 30 days of checkout provided there are no damages.extra charges (phone, deep cleaning, etc).
    Priority given to Sat to Sat stays.. 7 nights
    ** Multi-month, long rate terms or other options available. A $150 cleaning fee applied for multi-month rentals**

    REFUNDS / CANCELLATIONS
    Full refund of deposits will be made with at least 60 day notice of cancellation prior to Check-in. Any cancellations with less than 60 days notice are subject to forfeiture of all deposits/payments received.
    No refunds for late arrivals or early departures.
    Check-In time 3:00pm local time. Check-Out time 10:00am local time
  • GENERAL INFORMATION
    Tenants are responsible for damage to property during their stay.
    Any previous guest(s) w/ bal due for damages will not receive $25 cash for any referrals.

    PETS / SMOKING POLICY
    Though we love pets and realize they are part of your family, No Pets allowed. Also this is a No Smoking property. Please limit your use of smoking materials to outdoors. Dispose of your smoking materials properly, to protect our precious natural environment.

Lovely Condo

This is a wonderfully appointed condo. The unit is beautiful, well furnished and clean and has everything that visitors need. Our family was right at home and very comfortable during our time there. The residents of the complex treated us like family.
This complex is right on the beach very close to the shore line. The beach view from the balcony is priceless!

Beautiful Beach Condo

This beachfront corner condo unit is absolutely breathtaking and immaculate! The condo furnishings are modern and well maintained and bedrooms are a good size. You have a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico from the terrace. We enjoyed watching the sunsets, walks on the beach and the kids loved building castles and playing in the ocean. All tenants are friendly and outgoing and make you feel welcome. The pool is great and you're just a few feet steps from the beach. Plus it's conveniently located near the Bird Sanctuary (short walk), John's Pass Boardwalk and plenty of other attractions. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to all my friends and family.

Beach getaway

Ok - I think I am hooked on this wonderful beach getaway. What a beautiful place - tastefully decorated, spacious and a view of the Gulf that can't be beat.

Several girlfriends and I spent a week in this bit of paradise and vowed that we would definitely return. Our long beach walks got us ready for the rest of the day, soaking up sunshine and reading those books we never seem to find time for. One of the best beach days included watching several dolphins breaching right before our eyes-it was awesome. And the sunsets are not to be missed!

If you're interested in shopping, there are plenty of stores to choose from and lots of diverse restaurants.

I would highly recommend this condo as a vacation getaway.

Family Beach Vacation

What can I say this condo has it all. My wife, daughter and I stayed at this condo this year in August. Everything was excellent. The condo was very clean and well maintained. All the neighbors and everyone that live in the other condo's were so nice to us. Everyone was always saying hello everytime they saw. All the ammenities were also very clean and well maintain. The best thing of all was getting up every morning and sitting on the balcony looking at the ocean. It was so hard for me to get my wife off the balcony she even fell asleep out there one day just listening to the waves. I would definately recommend this property to anyone that wants to have a relaxing time at the beach. There are so many restaurants and things to do around the area, everything is so convinient. My family and I are definately looking forward to next summer, to come back out to this condo.
