Comfortably decorated in Hampton's shabby-chic, there are 2 adjoining areas for dining, 2 places to watch TV, 4 decks, a large kitchen, a huge storage freezer and spare fridge in the basement, a fabulous BBQ stone patio w/a charcoal grill, pool, full basketball court, hot tub and a wrap-around covered porch.
PARKING: Two have TWO driveways and TWO Parking lots which is very rare.
Town law does not permit parking on the street at night, so having enough parking spaces is a HUGE luxury.
FAMILIES: The entire property is FENCED in, so you don't have to worry about small children wandering off. Just check-out my website for pictures of my Toddler behind the gates. He is so not happy, but I am! The porch has 3-gates which enclose toddlers in the main area where you're also able to look down at the pool.
