This newly renovated and furnished beach house is located just 7 houses from the ocean/beach. All new hardwood floors throughout. Brand new gourmet kitchen, large attached dining room. Large open, family room with cable TV and DVD/VCR. Newly renovated bathrooms and bedrooms. New furniture, new mattresses. Wireless internet in case you want to stay connected to the outside world. There's a laundry room with washer/dryer and 2nd fridge. Large sunny deck or screened-in porch for outdoor entertaining. Outdoor shower. The property has one of the largest yards in the village, so there's room for croquet, horseshoes, and other fun outdoor games. We're situated centrally (just a bike ride or quick walk) between the Popponesset Marketplace (loads of great shops and eateries) and the Community Center (daily activities for the kids). You won't need your car unless you feel like going to Mashpee Commons or other great cape cod sites and attractions.

The home at 4 Jeep Place is a very relaxing place to spend a week or more. Located in a beautiful, private community it was the pefect environment for our vacation with grown children and grandchikdren. The house is very comfortable and completely well equipped. Owners Barbara & Mark thought of every detail and were very pleasant to deal with through all phases of te rental. Nice master bedroom and bath on first floor, 3 bedrooms and bath on second floor. Kitchen and both baths recently renovated and are beautiful.
