  • $4,500/week Regular Season for up to 10 guests.
  • Year round/Regular season except US Open of Surfing, Volleyball Championships and holiday periods. $4,500/week plus 10% tax, $300 departure cleaning fee and $1,000 refundable security deposit. Rate applies to parties of up to 10 guests; additional guests at $25 per person, per night.

    High Season - US Open of Surfing (generally last 2 weeks of July), Volleyball Championships and holiday periods.
    $9,000/week plus 10% tax, $300 departure cleaning fee and $1,000 refundable security deposit. Rate applies to parties of up to 10 guests; additional guests at $25 per person, per night.

    Property has a 7 night minimum. Stays of 4 - 6 nights may be accepted. Please email for additional information.

    Departure cleaning fee and Security deposit will increase for rentals of 2+ weeks and for stays of less than 7 nights, large groups and events.
  • This property is perfect for intimate get togethers, birthday, graduation and wedding parties and catered events. The property has a Gourmet commercial kitchen.

    Fees for events: up to 35 people = $1,500 plus $3,000 security deposit and $500 cleaning fee
    Fees for events: up to 75 people = $3,000 plus $5,000 security deposit and $750 cleaning fee
