'Water Street' Loft is in on Warren’s historic waterfront on Narragansett Bay. In the 19th Century, it was a French club, a lace factory, and a showroom for Dyer Dinghies. The loft is perfect for lovers of art, designed by an artist focusing on regional art. The loft is on a street that ends within ½ block on a marina and near the town wharf. Warren is famous for its numerous restaurants, theater, live music, and unique shops, and artistic community. The town is a short drive to Newport, Providence, and RI’s many beaches. Boston is close enough for day tripping. To top it off there is a bike path that runs right through town connecting Providence and Bristol, R.I. You can walk down Water St, with its array of colonial houses and waterfront restaurants to the town beach, great for swimming, picnicking, and extensive recreation fields with baseball fields, basketball, and outdoor summer concerts. The loft is two-level with one bedroom ( queen) in an upstairs open loft with a private bathroom. Downstairs has a pullout queen-size sofa bed, full bathroom with soaking tub, fully equipped kitchen, and a barbecue for your use. The street ends at a public park with seating to view the bay. and is adjacent to Massasoit Park. Children and well-behaved dogs are welcome.
