About this property

Casa Spanish is our newest property comprised of 3 dedicated vacation rental units. Garden style villa is approximately 450 sq ft with an open living and kitchen decorated in Retro Spanish theme overlooks and walks out to the swimming pool &Tarpon River where u can kayak, paddle & relax in the pool. From the entrance to vibrant fully functional kitchen w Spanish touch,little decor elements that bring retro Spanish to present. Huge Modern Bath gives you a grandier feel as you walk into its huge shower. Spacious Bedroom & Shared pool/backyard.Property has 200 ft of frontage on Tarpon River, 1/4 acre,ample parking.Ideal location for air/sea transfers being <10 mins from Las Olas,FLL Airport, Pt Everglades.

No outside guests other than on reservation are allowed to stay or enter the property/amenities. Security Cameras are in place outdoors for guest safety & surveillance purposes.

House is next to busy street and prone to traffic noise, wouldn’t recommend it to light sleepers as you might hear fire engine noise & other traffic frequently.

All of our units have 1 parking spot each, however we can accommodate more, if you let us know in advance. Washer and dryer are also available for $5.00 per load.

In an effort to respect all of our guests, no parties are permitted at the property, and quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am when noise must be kept to a minimum.

DO NOT BOOK

This is not a duplex/triplex, this is literally a guest house or "pool house" connected to the host's house. The pool was a mess. Dirty. Not cleaned. Not to mention the host is extremely weird. I booked for (2) adults and (1) child, I had (3) more kids at the property (my 6 year old daughters friends) they were in the pool playing when the host Bha came out and said that the kids could not play at the pool because technically they didn't pay for the amenities. LOL there 6 years old.... I had to pay her cash so the kids can continue playing, DO NOT BOOK HERE! You will be watched, at all times by the host and her family who are literally in the home. It is a shared backyard, no parking, and dirty. There is NO privacy, the neighbors yard and host's yard is connected. Such an uncomfortable and awkward experience. Horrible location too, you are right on the main road and will hear sirens & cars all night. We ended up leaving a day early. I never do a review but this was so bad I couldn't live with myself without informing someone else. I hope this helps you.

Brilliant little property

We basically lived in the apartment for 2 weeks and it was quite comfortable. Owner/manager communicative, kind and unit was well equipped.

Friend getaway

This was a close location to Ft Lauderdale airport, I-95 and not too far of a drive from the ocean. Cute little place nice for 2-4 people. Location is on a noisy street so if quiet is important then beware. But otherwise recommend
